Please Note: •Hotel availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. •Hotel sub-block requests must be a minimum of ten (10) rooms. •You will receive a block confirmation email within five (5) to seven (7) business days. •All starting rates below are based on single/double occupancy. Rates may increase with additional occupancy. Exhibitor Room Block Priority Points: AOSSM 2027 Annual Meeting exhibit space selection appointments will be assigned based on a Priority Point system. The AOSSM Priority Point system is calculated by totaling all points earned by each company. Companies are ranked by their total points and are scheduled for appointments. Exhibiting companies will receive Two (2) Priority Points for reserving hotel rooms in the AOSSM Official Room Block for the 2026 Annual Meeting. Important Deadlines: •All sub-block requests must be completed by Wednesday April 22nd, 2026. •All reservations must be booked by Thursday April 30th, 2026. After this date, any rooms not assigned to a valid name will be released from your sub-block. Cancellation Policy: AOSSM's Housing Bureau, ConferenceDirect, will charge a $35.00 cancellation processing fee per reservation for cancellations made after your rooming list has been submitted. Should you cancel any reservations, this charge will show up on your statement as \"CONFDIRECT*AOSSM 2026\". Reservations cancelled directly with the hotel inside of 72 hours prior to arrival will also be charged one night’s stay plus tax.
