January 20, 2027:\t Reservation Guarantee and Rooming List Deadline All rooming lists must be accompanied by an individual credit card guarantee. Room rates do not include hotel tax of up to 16.05% per room, per night, subject to change. Reservations received without a valid guarantee will not be processed. A sub-block contract must be signed before rooms are confirmed. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made after January 20, 2027, are subject to a cancellation penalty of $350 per room released or one night's room and tax, whichever is greater. If you fail to arrive on your scheduled arrival date, the cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining nights of the reservation will be released by the hotel. Hotels may charge an early departure fee. Please verify your departure date and contact the hotel three (3) days prior to check-in to avoid this penalty.
