ConferenceDirect is the official housing bureau for Craft Brewers and will be assisting you throughout the hotel sub-block process. Please Note: •Hotel availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. •Hotel sub-block requests must be a minimum of ten (10) rooms. •You will receive a block confirmation email within five (5) to seven (7) business days. •All starting rates below are based on single/double occupancy. Rates may increase with additional occupancy. Important Deadlines •The deadline to submit a hotel sub-block request is January 19, 2026. •The deadline to assign names and details to your rooms is January 26, 2026.Each reservation must have a unique name. After this date, any rooms not assigned to valid names will be released from your sub-block back into general sale. Cancellation Policy: •The 2026 Craft Brewers Conference housing bureau, ConferenceDirect, will charge a $50 cancellation fee for room cancellations made from April 28, 2025 through February 15, 2026. Beginning February 16, 2026 through April 20, 2026, an $80 cancellation fee will be charged for all room cancellations. Should you cancel, this charge will appear on your credit card statement as “CONFDIRECT*CBC26\". Cancellations made directly with the hotel will also incur this fee. •Reservations can be modified through ConferenceDirect until March 29, 2026. After this date, you will need to make changes with the hotel directly. Please note, if you are cancelling reservations, additional hotel cancellation fees may apply. The deadline to assign names and details to your reservations is January 26, 2026. Each reservation must have a unique name. Reservations may be modified online until March 29, 2026 (the date varies by hotel). After this date, changes must be made with the hotel directly. Reservations Booking Method – Sub-block Dashboard Access: •An email with a link to your sub-block planner dashboard will be sent to you from info@cvent.com. Once you receive the link, you will need to set up a personalized username and password. You will be able to access your sub-block to manage all reservations online. A tutorial document will be provided within that email. •You can enter reservations individually or securely upload a room list to your dashboard. You will have the option to use one credit card to guarantee all reservations or use individual cards at the time of booking. •Once the individual reservations are entered into the system, an acknowledegment e-mail can be sent to the contact's email provided. •You can continue to make changes to your room block within your dashboard until March 29, 2026. After that, you will need to work with the hotel directly. •All reservations are to be booked by January 26, 2026.
