After this date, any rooms not assigned to a valid name will be released from your sub-block. Cancellation Policy: The AHIMA26 Conference housing bureau, ConferenceDirect, will charge a $30 cancellation fee for room cancellations made at any time. Should you cancel, this charge will appear on your credit card statement as “CONFDIRECT*AHIMA26\". Reservations Booking Method – Sub-block Dashboard Access: •An email with a link to your sub-block planner dashboard will be sent to you from info@cvent.com. Once you receive the link, you will need to set up a personalized username and password. You will be able to access your sub-block to manage all reservations online. A tutorial document will be provided within that email. •You can enter reservations individually or securely upload a room list to your dashboard. You will have the option to use one credit card to guarantee all reservations or use individual cards at the time of booking. •Once the individual reservations are entered into the system, an acknowledgement e-mail can be sent to the contact's email provided.
