ConferenceDirect is the official Housing Bureau for CIM Connect 2026 and will be assisting you throughout the hotel sub-block process. Please Note: •Hotel availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. •Hotel sub-block requests must be a minimum of ten (10) rooms. •You will receive a block confirmation email within seven (7) business days. •Sub-block group arrivals can only arrive on either Saturday, May 2, or Sunday, May 3. o Arrivals on Saturday require a 4-night minimum stay o Arrivals on Sunday require a 3-night minimum stay •All starting rates below are based on single/double occupancy. Rates may increase with additional occupancy. Important Deadlines: •Sub-block Request Deadline: All sub-block requests must be completed by Tuesday, February 3, 2026. •Sub-block Rooming List Deadline: All reservations must be booked by Tuesday March 3, 2026. After this date, any rooms not assigned to a valid name will be released from your sub-block. Cancellation/No Show Policy: Event Cancellation Penalty:Beginning on at 12:00AM ET on Saturday, March 1, 2026, the CIM Connect 2026 Convention &amp; Expo housing bureau, ConferenceDirect, will charge a cancellation fee of $150 to your credit card on file for each cancellation made at any time. All transactions are processed in USD. Your bank will convert the amount to your local currency at the current exchange rate. Should you cancel, this charge will appear on your credit card statement as “CONFDIRECT*CIM2026.” Cancellations made directly with the hotel will also incur this fee. Refer to your acknowledgement notification sent via email for the last day you may cancel reservations via the Web or with ConferenceDirect housing bureau. Hotel Cancellation Penalty: A valid credit card is required to guarantee each reservation. The hotel will charge a deposit of one night's room and tax to your credit card on or after April 2, 2026. Cancellations must be made at least 72-hours prior to your arrival date to avoid forfeiting the deposit of one night's room and tax. All cancellation policies will be strictly enforced. Please retain the cancellation confirmation from the CIM CONNECT ConferenceDirect Housing Bureau, or the cancellation number provided by the hotel, as this proof of cancellation will be required to dispute any credit card charges. No-Show Policy: If a group member does not arrive on their scheduled date, the hotel will cancel their entire reservation and may not reinstate it, even if the person arrives the next day. Reservations Booking Method – Sub-block Dashboard Access: •An email with a link to your sub-block planner dashboard will be sent to you from info@cvent.com. Once you receive the link, you will need to set up a personalized username and password. You will be able to access your sub-block to manage all reservations online. A tutorial document will be provided within that email. •You can enter reservations individually or securely upload a room list to your dashboard. You will have the option to use one credit card to guarantee all reservations or use individual cards at the time of booking. •Once the individual reservations are entered into the system, an acknowledgement e-mail can be sent to the contact's email provided.
