Please Note the Following: Due to the 2027 Indianapolis 500, we are unable to accommodate room nights prior to May 31, 2027. We apologize for the inconvenience. April 16, 2027: Rooming Lists Due. Any rooms not reserved by this date will be released. Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled after April 16, 2027, will be subject to a $30 processing fee for each room cancelled charged by Orchid Events. Deposit of one night’s room and tax will be forfeited entirely if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of arrival date. Rates shown online include the $1.17 Downtown District Fee per night; your room block confirmation will show the base rate and list of all taxes, fees and additional occupancy rates. Nightly housing rates and fees are subject to the current tax rate of 17%. Taxes and destination fees are subject to change without notice.
