Please Note: •Hotel availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. •Only exhibiting companies with a 600 sq. ft. booth or larger may request a sub-block. •Hotel sub-block requests must be a minimum of ten (10) rooms and a maximum of sixty (60) rooms. •You will receive a block confirmation email within five (5) to seven (7) business days. •All starting rates below are based on single/double occupancy. Rates may increase with additional occupancy. Important Deadlines: •All sub-block requests must be completed by Friday January 2, 2026. •The final rooming list is due to ConferenceDirect by Thursday January 15, 2026. All guests on your rooming list must be registered for the meeting. It is your responsibility to ensure they are registered. After this date, any rooms not assigned to a registered name will be released from your sub-block. Cancellation Policy: All reservations require a valid credit card to hold a reservation. A deposit of one night's room and tax that will be charged to your credit card on or after February 19, 2026. Cancellations must be made at least (3) days or (72) hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a hotel cancellation fee of one night's room and tax. In addition to the hotel cancellation policy the ATA's TMC housing bureau, ConferenceDirect, will charge a $30 cancellation fee for room cancellations made at any time. Should you cancel, this charge will appear on your credit card statement as “CONFDIRECT*TMC2026\". Cancellations made directly with the hotel will also incur this fee. After Thursday, February 19, 2026 , changes must be made with the hotel directly Reservations Booking Method – Sub-block Dashboard Access: •An email with a link to your sub-block planner dashboard will be sent to you from info@cvent.com. Once you receive the link, you will need to set up a personalized username and password. You will be able to access your sub-block to manage all reservations online. A tutorial document will be provided within that email. •You can enter reservations individually or securely upload a room list to your dashboard. You will have the option to use one credit card to guarantee all reservations or use individual cards at the time of booking. •Once the individual reservations are entered into the system, an acknowledgement e-mail can be sent to the contact's email provided.
