ConferenceDirect is the official housing bureau for Ellucian Live 2027 and will be assisting you throughout the hotel sub-block process. Please Note: • Hotel availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. • Hotel sub-block requests must be a minimum of ten (10) rooms. • You will receive a block confirmation email within seven (7) business days. • All starting rates below are based on single/double occupancy. Rates may increase with additional occupancy. Important Deadlines: • February 12, 2027: Room block request due-Once your room block has been approved, you will be sent complete instructions to secure your rooms. • February 19, 2027: Deadline to assign rooms-Your room block must be finalized with individual guest names. Reservations must include unique names so they are not marked as duplicate reservations and possibly forfeited by the hotel. • February 20, 2027: Unused rooms automatically released-Any rooms that are not assigned with individual guest names will be removed from your room block and placed back into general inventory. • March 12, 2027: Deposit due-A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required for each room in your block and may be charged as early March 12. • March 27, 2027: Modifications deadline-Name changes and/or date modifications will be accepted, based on availability. • March 28, 2027: Blocks will need to make changes with hotel directly based on their availability. Cancellation Policy: The Ellucian Live 2027 housing bureau, ConferenceDirect, will charge a $50 cancellation fee for room cancellations made on or after February 20, 2027. Should you cancel, this charge will appear on your credit card statement as “CONFDIRECT*ELIVE2027\". Sub-block requests are processed on a first-come, first served basis. You will receive confirmation of your sub-block within seven (7) business days. Once your sub-block is confirmed, you will receive the link to your sub-block in a separate email from info@cvent.com. Reservations Booking Method – Sub-block Dashboard Access: •An email with a link to your sub-block planner dashboard will be sent to you from info@cvent.com. Once you receive the link, you will need to set up a personalized username and password. You will be able to access your sub-block to manage all reservations online. A tutorial document will be provided within that email. •You can enter reservations individually or securely upload a room list to your dashboard. You will have the option to use one credit card to guarantee all reservations or use individual cards at the time of booking. •Once the individual reservations are entered into the system, an acknowledgement e-mail can be sent to the contact's email provided.
