ConferenceDirect is the official housing bureau for the NCFL Grand National Tournament. 2025 Sub-Block Process: -Determine which hotel in the list below fits your team’s preferences. -Complete and submit this online hotel sub-block request form by March 24, 2025. -The housing bureau will create your sub-block and send further booking instructions within five (5) to seven (7) business days. Please Note: -Hotel availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. -Hotel sub-block requests must be a minimum of five (5) rooms. -Deadline to submit a hotel sub-block request is March 24, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. -Deadline to assign rooms with names is April 16, 2025. After this date, any rooms not assigned to a valid name will be released from your sub-block. Cancellation Policy: -All reservations require a valid credit card to hold a reservation. A deposit of one night's room and tax that will be charged to your credit card by the hotel on or after May 1, 2025 unless a check is sent in. Cancellations must be made at least (3) days or (72) hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a hotel cancellation fee of one night's room and tax. -In addition to the hotel's cancellation policy, the NCFL's official housing bureau, ConferenceDirect, will implement the following cancellation policy: -You may cancel any reservation at no charge until March 30, 2025. -From March 31- April 15, 2025, ConferenceDirect will charge a cancellation processing fee of $50 -From April 16-30, 2025, ConferenceDirect will charge a cancellation processing fee of $75 -From May 1-Arrival, 2025, ConferenceDirect will charge a cancellation processing fee of $100 -Should you cancel, this charge will appear on your credit card statement as “CONFDIRECT NCFL2025”. You may continue to make changes and cancellations with the NCFL Housing Bureau through April 30, 2025. After this time, please contact the hotel directly for all changes and cancellations. Please note cancellations completed directly with the hotel will also incur this fee. Check Payments: Checks may include the first night's room rate plus tax to hold the reservation, or the expected full amount for all rooms for all nights. When sending check(s) for multiple rooms, please list the names corresponding to each reservation the check applies to. When paying by check, remember to bring a credit card or cash to the hotel to cover incidental charges to the room(s).
