After this date, any rooms not assigned to valid names will be released from your sub-block back into general sale. <br /><br /><b>Cancellation Policy:</b> <br /><br />• The Craft Brewers Conference 2027 housing bureau, ConferenceDirect, will charge a $50 cancellation fee for room cancellations starting January 27, 2027. Should you cancel, this charge will appear on your credit card statement as “CONFDIRECT*CBC2027\". Cancellations made directly with the hotel will also incur this fee. <br /><br />•Reservations can be modified through ConferenceDirect until <b>March 11, 2027</b>. You will have the option to use one credit card to guarantee all reservations or use individual cards at the time of booking. <br /><br />•Once the individual reservations are entered into the system, an acknowledegment e-mail can be sent to the contact's email provided. <br /><br />•You can continue to make changes to your room block within your dashboard until <b>March 11, 2027</b>.
