ConferenceDirect is the official housing bureau for INDA and will be assisting you throughout the hotel sub-block process. Complete and submit this online hotel sub-block request form if you need guest rooms only. Please Note: • Hotel availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. • Hotel sub-block requests must be a minimum of ten (10) rooms on event nights. • ConferenceDirect will assist in blocking rooms based on the final pickup numbers from last year (if applicable). Exceptions will be approved on a case-by-case basis. The housing bureau may contact you prior to approval if you are requesting more than a 5% increase from the previous year. • All starting rates below are based on single/double occupancy. Rates may increase with additional occupancy. • Please make each hotel selection unique and do not choose the same hotel more than once. Choosing the same hotel more than once will not increase your chances of being assigned that hotel. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. • You will receive a block confirmation email within five (5) to seven (7) business days. Important Deadlines: • All sub-block requests must be completed by Friday, December 11, 2026. • All reservations must be booked by Monday, January 11, 2027. After this date, any rooms not assigned to a valid name will be released from your sub-block. Cancellation Policy: All reservations require a valid credit card to hold a reservation. Cancellations must be made at least (72) hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a hotel cancellation fee of one night's room and tax. In addition to the hotel cancellation policy the IDEA®27housing bureau, ConferenceDirect, will charge a $50 cancellation fee for cancellations made on or after Tuesday, January 12, 2027. Reservations Booking Method – Sub-block Dashboard Access: •An email with a link to your sub-block planner dashboard will be sent to you from inda@conferencedirect.com. Once you receive the link, you will need to set up a personalized username and password. You will be able to access your sub-block to manage all reservations online. A tutorial document will be provided within that email. •You can enter reservations individually, securely upload a room list to your dashboard, or share a link with your team to book their own rooms. You will have the option to use one credit card to guarantee all reservations or use individual cards at the time of booking. •Once the individual reservations are entered into the system, an acknowledgement e-mail can be sent to the contact's email provided. •You can continue to make changes to your room block within your dashboard until Friday, February 26, 2027. Starting Tuesday, March 2, 2027 changes must be made with the hotel directly. Important Deadlines •All reservations must be booked by Monday, January 11, 2027.
