After this date, changes must be made with the hotel directly. <br /><br />Reservations Booking Method – Sub-block Dashboard Access: <br /><br />•An email with a link to your sub-block planner dashboard will be sent to you from info@cvent.com. Once you receive the link, you will need to set up a personalized username and password. You will be able to access your sub-block to manage all reservations online. A tutorial document will be provided within that email.<br />•You can enter reservations individually or securely upload a room list to your dashboard. You will have the option to use one credit card to guarantee all reservations or use individual cards at the time of booking. <br />•Once the individual reservations are entered into the system, an acknowledgement e-mail can be sent to the contact's email provided. <br />•You can continue to make changes to your room block within your dashboard until <b>Saturday, September 20, 2025</b>.
