Block requests must be for five (5) or more rooms. You will receive a block confirmation email within 7 business days. Sub-block requests are processed on a first come, first served basis. Room rates listed do not include taxes or fees and are based on single/double occupancy. Rates may increase with additional occupancy. Important Deadlines •\tAll sub-block requests must be submitted by January 6, 2025. •\tOnce booking instructions have been sent and ConferenceDirect has confirmed your block of rooms, you will have until January 30, 2025 to assign names and details to rooms inside your designated block. Starting January 31, 2025, all unused rooms in your block will go back into general inventory and new rooms will be based on availability. • CANCELLATION POLICY: - Beginning on Monday, December 16, 2024 there will be a $150 cancellation fee applied for any reservation cancellations. The cancellation fee will appear on your credit card statement as “CONFDIRECT*Futureproof25”. Cancellations made directly with the hotel will also incur this fee unless it happens within the hotel's cancellation policy. •\tAll reservations require a credit card deposit to guarantee the rooms in your block. When reservations are transferred to the hotels, as early February 24, 2025, the hotel will charge a non-refundable, full, pre-payment amount for the rooms. •\tReservations may be modified online or through ConferenceDirect until February 23, 2025.
